OrderWolf — Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on myorderwolf.com, why we use them, and how you can manage them. OrderWolf is a product of OrderWolf Limited.
1. What is a cookie?
A small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) work in comparable ways.
2. The cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies — essential for the site to function; no consent required.
2.2 Analytics cookies (optional) — We use two optional analytics technologies: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Neither loads until you give Analytics consent. Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure how visitors use the site. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to produce heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity recordings mask all form fields and form areas, so nothing you type into a form is captured.
2.3 Marketing cookies (optional) — We use the Meta Pixel on myorderwolf.com to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who have visited the site. The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc). It does not load until you give Marketing consent.
3. Consent and how it works
On your first visit you see a consent banner with three choices: Accept all, Reject all, or Manage choices. Analytics and Marketing are disabled by default. No optional technology — Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel — loads before you give the corresponding consent. Your decision is stored as first-party preference data and lasts for 180 days, after which the banner reappears. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page; withdrawing consent stops subsequent tracking, clears related cookies, and reloads the page.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you would like us to exclude you from our advertising audiences, email mark@myorderwolf.com and we will do it.
